Our Story
We’re two families and friends who came all the way from Mexico with a simple dream: to live in our land and share a piece of who we are. We believe we can do this through this beautiful project.

Our espresso roasts also shine in black coffee, Makineta, or cold brew preparations, while our filter roasts are perfect for Aeropress, French press, and more. Explore the endless possibilities of taste.
Freshly Roasted, Just for You
We roast weekly, allowing you to choose from our latest batch or pre-order your next favorite roast. Freshness is key—our coffee peaks 3 to 4 weeks after roasting, ensuring a rich and balanced experience with every cup. We recommend waiting just a bit to enjoy it at its best.
